Margaret River Library is hosting a series of information sessions presented by Leisa Prangnell.
Leisa is a passionate aged care advocate, nurse, and educator. Her series of talks starts with learning about dementia, what it is, living with it and the resources available. The talks are aimed at the whole community. This event is free with light refreshments available.
This second talk is all about Advance Care Planning, Advance Health Directives and Palliative Care. The third talk is:
