Introducing Chinese culture to the Margaret River community by sharing Chinese food, arts and history in a celebration of  the Chinese New Year Tradition.  Fun for the whole family

Wednesday 29th January, 3 – 6pm in the garden outside the library

Bring: a Chinese inspired dish to share and a picnic rug to spread out. BYO water bottle and reusable plate if you have one

Provided: Paper craft activities to create including paper fans, decorate a lantern, rat mask to make and paper cut-outs, Chinese Spring Couplets to paint

Photo Booth (in the library), come dressed up for your family pic!

Learn: your Chinese Zodiac sign and New Year traditions

3pm Paper craft activities start

5pm Dinner is served

5:30pm Winners of the Rat Mask competition announced

5:45pm Dragon dance finale
