Be Connected has launched a new topic to help older Australians learn how to access government services and information online.
The new training module teaches learners how to set up a myGov account, make Medicare claims and link to other critical government services.
In addition to this, learners will gain a better understanding of how two-factor authentication works, and how to retrieve information through the myGov inbox.
This resource is free for all the community, and there is no need to create a Be Connected account to access it (although you can create an account if you want to track your progress).
