Important things to note:
- You can only have one person per app
- Two people cannot share the same phone number in two different accounts.
- Each individual Must have their own email address to create a MyGov account
- If you can’t link your vaccination history try to turn it off and on.
- Make sure your details on Medicare are up to date before starting the process of creating/linking services on MyGov
Next steps:
- Make sure you are logged in to MyGovID before setting up ServiceWA
- When ServiceWA gives you the 4 digit code:
- you need to get out of ServiceWA
- go to MyGovID to enter the code.
- Then re-open the ServiceWA app and give a few seconds for both apps to communicate. (it won’t prompt you to do this)
