Storybox, LibraryCraft and Beamakids – Free fun for kids!

Even though, story-time and baby rhyme time are taking a break during the school holidays, we would like to remind you that kids can enjoy story-telling with StoryBox.

Storybox has some of the best stories read aloud by everyone’s favourite presenters and it is FREE to access with your library membership. With an ever growing collection, Storybox is suitable for pre-school and primary school aged children and is really Storytime, Anytime!

If your child likes Minecraft, check LibraryCraft. The award-winning Minecraft server running Paper 1.20.1 for Java Edition players in Western Australia aged 7 to 17 years old. There are multiple worlds connected by portals, to allow for various styles of gameplay. LibraryCraft uses Bungeecord, with three servers linked together. If you play on PC, Mac or Linux using Minecraft Java Edition you’ll be able to connect. Look out for regular Librarycraft competitions and challenges each month in addition to project worlds, free build plots and a minigames server.
