Baby massage is a gentle way for parents and their infants to connect and to gain benefits including:
- pain relief and discomfort from colic and wind
- improves sleep and reduces stress
- promotes bonding and trust
Margaret River Library is hosting this free, small group exercise for parents and their babies aged 6 weeks to pre-crawlers to get a taste for baby massage and how it can fit with your parenting. Jane Tetley is an infant massage instructor and nurse with a background in midwifery and child health.
