Call out to descendants of Scottish settlers

The Tartan Fleck project is a celebration of the contribution of Scottish migrants to rural South West Capes’ communities of Western Australia.

The tenacity of early Scottish settlers contributed much to the development of our region, and the Tartan Fleck project aims to gather and conserve the stories of these migrants.

Are you unsure whether you have a Tartan Fleck in your DNA, or certain that you do and wanting to share your family’s stories?

Come and have a chat with Frith, who will be available at the Margaret River Library from 24th – 31st August.  Look for the Tartan Fleck display.

Not able to make it? Then email: thetartanfleck@bigpond.com or phone: 0400553682  to schedule an alternative time with Frith.
