Three Capes Track Tasmania: a travel talk by Dr Pam Lynch

Four days, three nights, stunning coastline with spectacular dolomite pillars rising in their architectural magnificence from the ocean floor. Autumn colours dripping in the misty rain, silence, a climb to the top of Mt Fortescue, a Lord of the Rings type magical forest, green and mossy and dark and dank and then an unrivalled view as we stood looking down into the abyss where the Southern Ocean meets the Tasman Sea. Where are we?

We’re at the south east corner of Tasmania and we’ve just completed the Three Capes Track walk and we’ve loved every minute.

Come and listen as Dr Pam Lynch takes you on a trip along this track in a beautiful part of the country and see what this area of Tasmania has to offer. RSVP by 13th November to amrlibrary@amrshire.wa.gov.au or Ph: 9780 5600

The Library is an easily accessible venue. All welcome.
