Children’s Book Week is celebrated around Australia every August and it is a wonderful time to get enthusiastic about all the quality books produced for children. During Children’s Book Week the prestigious Children’s Book of the Year awards are announced and these titles are available on display at our libraries. Place a hold on any titles you fancy by searching our catalogue or visit the library to view the displays of books that can be borrowed at the end of this week.
