48 HOURS by Gabrielle Lord: The Vanishing.
This book is about a girl called Jazz; she loves crime and detective work. She and her friends, Anika and Mack, have a fight over Anika’s blog that she has been making about this journal she found behind her mirror.
The journal is about a lady, Linda, with a mysterious death. Linda blames her husband for poisoning her but she was never sure about it. The journal contains secrets that their murderer on the loose wants but no one knows that yet.
Anika then vanishes and everyone is worried. This then calls for Jazz to get her crime skills and work with her enemy at school, Phoenix, to help solve the mysterious murder case of Linda and her kidnapped friend Anika.
Thanks for your book review Casey. It sounds like a very riveting read!
