Barbara Webster: an exhibition of landscapes

April 7th – May 31st

Cocoon Gallery For Emerging Artists – Margaret River Library

Barbara Webster in the Cocoon Gallery

Today we welcome Barbara Webster to the Cocoon Gallery with her beautiful collection of landscape paintings. The environment in all its moods is Barbara’s favourite subject to paint. She has always been drawn to the dramatic landscapes of this beautiful state and retirement has given her the chance to translate this passion onto canvas. “The ever changing moods of nature will never cease to inspire and excite me”. Barbara Webster. A teacher and School Principal by trade, painting has been a challenge that Barbara has mastered over time participating in a local art club and with the occasional art class. Her love of the Australian landscape shines through in her work and each piece resonates with her personally. It will be hard for her to part with some of the works, but she feels ready to share her efforts with visitors to the library. Enjoy!
