Book Chat Club for teens @ Margaret River Library this Monday

If you are 12 to 17 years old, come to the Margaret River Library on Monday 26th March at 4.30 for an hour of chatting about books you have read, free yummy snacks and hot chocolate. A librarian will facilitate the session to recommend new books and there will also the chance to win a book voucher for your review

Book Chat is a partnership between the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Libraries and the Margaret River Bookshop.

Join us for a special storytime all about France and the French language

 

 

At Margaret River Library, this Tuesday 20th March at 10.30am, we have a special guest Elizabeth Henderson coming to storytime to tell us some French stories, teach us some French words and share information on the country of France.

You are very welcome to join us and as usual, there are no bookings required.

Storytime is aimed at 2 to 5 year olds however all are welcome.

Poetry fun for the soul: a workshop with Sarah Evans

Saturday 24th March, 1 – 3pm

Margaret River Library – Free event with afternoon tea provided

If you are inspired to learn how to write your own poetry or would like to hone your poetry skills in an informal setting then this workshop is for you. Sarah Evans is an experienced teacher and caters to all ages. Sarah teaches creative writing and poetry, is a successfully published author and coordinates the Bridgetown Writers Festival in her spare time!
